Service Scope

BaseWorks is a digital studio specializing in design, engineering, and product strategy. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Original designs and code developed specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
• BaseWorks retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or methodologies used in the process.
• The content, animations, and visual identity of this website (baseworks.in) are the exclusive property of BaseWorks.

User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

BaseWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
